 Flexitank is a single use package, produced with 1 layer PP woven cloth and multi-layer seamless tubes of food-grade PE film, loading capacity is from 16,000 up to 24,000 liters, fitted into a 20ft container, specifically developed for non-hazardous bulk liquid transportation. Flexitanks provide a safe and cost- effective option for the transport of many bulk liquids to the conventional systems. It is the best replacement for the traditional and expensive packaging such as tanks, iron drums and buckets to transport non- hazardous liquid 

The heating pad is placed at the

bottom of the flexitank and heated to

keep the liquids inside the flexitank

i n a certain state. The steam heating

pad is to install a rubber pipe at the

bottom of the container flexitank, and

the steam is introduced and exported

by the steel pipe to make the steam

f l ows through the hoses at the

bottom of the flexitank, allowing

efficient heat transfer. it has the

advantages of simple structure, high

thermal efficiency and no damage to

the flexitank

 Dry bulk container liners, known as container liners, are usually installed in 20 or 40 feet containers to ship solid granular and powdery material with high tonnage compared to traditional woven bag and FIBC. It has great advantages on larger shipping volume, easier loading and unloading, lower labor force  and  free  secondary contamination and etc. The structure of dry bulk liners are designed according to the customer’s cargo type and loading equipment. In general, the loading devices are divided into Top load & Bottom discharge and Bottom load & Bottom discharge. Loading & discharging sleeves and zipper can be designed in accordance with client's requirements. 

 Paper IBC is the most economical and environmentally friendly foldable IBC for liquid packaging, which consists of high strength cardboard and a multi-layer PE liner.  Paper IBC is foldable and easy shipping, with high capacity 1100L (1 .5ton), and it can replace traditional iron and plastic drum, 30% increase loading capacity, 80% decrease the shipping and store space of empty containers, so 25%-30% reduce the shipping freight.
